How it works:

You can create Connect Fundraiser to support existing fundraisers.

Search for an existing fundraiser and click the ‘Connect fundraiser’ button on that
page.

Tip: You can create an unlimited number of layers of connected
fundraisers. So for example: Charity > Fundraising Event > Team page >
Individual participant. You then have 4 layers of connected fundraisers.

How does it work?

Register at Zapier & Whydonate

Create a (free) account at Zapier.com and make sure you have at least one fundraiser on Whydonate. 

Create a Zap

Create a Zap on Zapier and pick a software system you want to connect to Whydonate. You can have multiple Zaps. 

Test the integration

Test the Zap by creating a new fundraiser or making a donation. You can now enjoy your automated integration!  

Link Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics

CRM integration

You can now link Whydonate with more than 400 different CRM systems. Automatically add the donors and fundraiser owners to your own CRM system. The data is sent in real-time via the Zapier connection. You can then determine from the CRM system which follow-up actions you want to take.

Link Mailchimp or Gmail

Email integration

You can now link Whydonate with more than 70 different email systems. Automatically add the donors and fundraiser organizers to your own email system. The data is sent in real-time via the Zapier link. You can then determine from the email system which emails are sent or in which lists the email addresses end up. You can choose to disable the emails that Whydonate sends.
